Founder | Strategic Leadership & Communications Advisor
Canena Adams brings more than twenty-three years of leadership experience across nonprofit, higher education, and mission-driven environments. She is a strategic communications and leadership advisor known for helping organizations strengthen internal alignment, clarify direction, and execute with intention.
Throughout her career, Canena has led executive-level marketing and communications strategy, managed cross-functional teams, developed comprehensive enrollment and brand initiatives, and advised senior leadership through seasons of growth and organizational transition. Her expertise includes internal communications, leadership development, brand positioning, cross-cultural communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Canena holds a Master of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor of Social Work. Her academic foundation, paired with extensive leadership experience, equips her to approach organizational strategy through both a systems lens and a people-centered perspective.
She has presented and facilitated conversations at the national level, including engagements in Washington, D.C., and has worked closely with boards, executive teams, and institutional leaders to translate vision into measurable progress.
Canena’s work sits at the intersection of leadership clarity, strategic communication, and organizational momentum. She believes sustainable growth is built on aligned leadership, healthy culture, and purposeful execution.

Greg Adams brings more than twenty years of experience in educational leadership and youth development. He currently serves as a school principal in Knox County Schools, following his role as assistant principal at Bearden High School.
Prior to relocating to Tennessee, Greg spent 18 years in Michigan serving in a variety of leadership roles. He began his career rehabilitating at-risk youth as a youth specialist and went on to serve as a special education teacher, athletic director, program director, and assistant principal in multiple school settings.
Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in Learning Disabilities and Special Education and a master’s degree in Emotional Impairment from Michigan State University, along with certification in Educational Leadership and Administration.
His leadership lens is grounded in systems thinking, student development, and building strong cultures within complex educational environments. He brings steady leadership, practical insight, and a deep understanding of institutional dynamics to every engagement.
